Andreas Thielmann

Andreas Thielmann betreut als Patentanwalt und Partner bei COHAUSZ & FLORACK deutsche und internationale Unternehmen, insbesondere aus den Bereichen allgemeiner Maschinenbau und Bergbautechnik. Häufig widmet er sich Fragestellungen auf den Gebieten der Verpackungstechnologie, der keramischen und feuerfesten Werkstoffe und der Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik. Er berät Mandanten auf allen Gebieten des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes, insbesondere zu technischen Schutzrechten, Designs und Marken. Mit seiner langjährigen Erfahrung und Expertise macht Andreas Thielmann sich auch für die Ausbildung junger Patentanwälte in der Kanzlei stark. Zudem engagiert er sich in verschiedenen internationalen IP-Organisationen und als ehrenamtlicher Richter im Senat für Patentanwaltssachen beim Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) in Karlsruhe.

Andreas Thielmann hat nach seinem Bergbaustudium an der RWTH Aachen und Tätigkeit in der Bergbau-Forschung GmbH (heute: DMT) die Laufbahn als Patentanwalt eingeschlagen. Seit 1993 ist er Partner bei COHAUSZ & FLORACK. Er berät Mandanten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
