Andreas Thielmann

En tant que conseil en brevet et associé de COHAUSZ & FLORACK, Andreas Thielmann accompagne des entreprises allemandes et internationales actives principalement dans les secteurs de la mécanique générale et des technologies minières. Il est souvent amené à s’occuper des questions liées aux domaines des technologies de conditionnement, des matériaux céramiques et réfractaires et des technologies et procédés environnementaux. Il conseille ses clientes et clients dans tous les domaines des droits de protection de la propriété industrielle, notamment en matière de droits de protection techniques, les dessins ou modèles et les marques. Avec sa longue expérience et son expertise, Andreas Thielmann s’implique également beaucoup dans la formation de jeunes avocat spécialisé en propriété intellectuelle. Il s’engage également dans différences organisations en lien avec la PI et en tant que juge bénévole au Sénat pour les affaires de avocat spécialisé en propriété intellectuelle à la Cour fédérale de justice (BGH) à Karlsruhe.

Après ses études en industrie minière à la RWTH Aachen (Université technique de Rhénanie-Westphalie à Aix-la-Chapelle) et un emploi au sein de la Bergbau-Forschung GmbH (aujourd’hui : DMT), Andreas Thierlmann a décidé de devenir conseil en brevets. Il est associé de COHAUSZ & FLORACK depuis 1993. Il accompagne ses clients et clientes en allemand et en anglais.
