Andreas Thielmann

Como abogado de patentes y socio de COHAUSZ & FLORACK, Andreas Thielmann asiste a empresas alemanas e internacionales, en especial de los ámbitos de la ingeniería mecánica general y la ingeniería de minas. Suele encargarse de asuntos relacionados con la tecnología de envasado y embalaje, los materiales cerámicos e ignífugos y la ingeniería medioambiental y de procesos. Asesora a mandantes en materia de propiedad industrial, en especial en cuanto a derechos técnicos, diseños industriales y marcas. Gracias a su prolongada experiencia y vastos conocimientos, Andreas Thielmann también participa en la formación de los jóvenes abogado de patentes que trabajan en el bufete. Además, ejerce funciones en diversas organizaciones de PI internacionales y de juez honorífico en la Sala de Patentes del Tribunal Supremo Federal alemán (BGH) en Karlsruhe.

Inició su carrera como abogado de patentes tras finalizar sus estudios de ingeniería de minas en la Universidad Técnica de Aquisgrán y de un periodo laboral en la empresa Bergbau-Forschung GmbH (hoy: DMT). Es socio de COHAUSZ & FLORACK desde 1993. Asesora a sus mandantes en alemán e inglés.
