Dr. rer. nat. (USA) Arwed Burrichter

En tant que conseil en brevets et associé chez COHAUSZ & FLORACK, Dr. Arwed Burrichter conseille des entreprises de premier plan qui travaillent à l’international dans le secteur de la chimie et des sciences de la vie. Titulaire d’un doctorat en chimie, il s’occupe de brevets et licences dans les domaines de la chimie et des sciences de la vie, de la chimie pharmaceutique, de la chimie des polymères et de la biochimie et il conseille les clientes et clients sur la composition de leur portefeuille. Arwed Burrichter dispose d’une grande expertise et d’une longue expérience en matière de contrefaçon de brevets, de procédures en nullité et d’opposition, de protection de modèles d’utilité et de gestion de portefeuilles de marques. Il est en outre auteur et conférencier en droit des brevets dans les domaines de la chimie et de la pharmaceutique.

Après ses études de chimie à Bonn et Los Angeles, Arwed Burrichter a obtenu son doctorat en 1997 auprès du prix Nobel George A. Olah à l’Université de Californie du sud à Los Angeles, dans le domaine de la chimie des hydrocarbures. Après sa formation de conseil en brevets, il a travaillé six mois au sein du IP Litigation Practice Group de Fish & Neave LLP à New York, où il a accumulé de l’expérience dans le droit américain des brevets. Il est agréé auprès de l’Office européen des brevets en tant que conseil en brevets allemand depuis 2000 et en tant que mandataire depuis 2002.
