As a patent attorney, Svenja Schwandt advises national and international companies, in particular from the field of physics, on all areas of intellectual property.
While studying medical physics at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf, for which she received the “Deutschlandstipendium” scholarship, she gained theoretical and practical experience primarily in the fields of medical technology, imaging techniques, and radiotherapy. Alongside her studies, she worked at the Institute of Transplantation Diagnostics and Cell Therapeutics at the University Hospital in Düsseldorf. She is the author of several professional articles on the topic of stem cell therapy.
After completing her studies, Svenja Schwandt trained as a patent attorney at COHAUSZ & FLORACK. She has been a patent attorney with the firm since 2021 and reinforces the Physics team with her profound expertise.
