Dr. Christoph Walke

アーヘン工科大学で電気工学専攻、専門分野は通信技術。1999年工学技士（Dipl.-Ing.）資格を得て卒業。 アーヘン工科大学高周波技術研究所で空間／コード／時間分割多重アクセスラジオシステムについての博士課程を続け、2002年に工学博士号を優等で獲得。

同年、COHAUSZ & FLORACKで知的財産法の習得を開始。 その後デュッセルドルフ地方裁判所、ドイツ特許・商標庁、連邦特許裁判所での研修期間後、2006年にドイツの弁理士、欧州特許庁、また欧州連合知的財産庁（EUIPO）に対する職業代理人として承認される。 Dr. Walkeは2006年8月より弁理士としてCOHAUSZ & FLORACKに加わり、2009年にパートナーとなる。

Dr. Walkeは知的財産関連事項全般に亘るクライアントの代理人を務める。 特に専門分野は、主に技術上複合性がありスタンダード関連の発明につぃての特許申請（国内外両方）の準備と実施、また、無効手続きである。 その他の焦点は特許訴訟や特許プールのための独立した専門カウンセラーとしての活動にある。 さらにDr. Walkeには企業の現行ビジネス分野の拡大と、新たなビジネス部門獲得をfreedom-to-operate（フリーダムトゥオペレート）調査とdue-diligence（デューデリジェンス）評価によりサポートする広範な経験がある。

技術上の専門知識には、情報・通信技術、音声映像処理、データ処理とソフトウェア、暗号法、医療技術が含まれる。
