The book Arbitration in the Digital Age – The Brave New World of Arbitration, edited by Maud Piers and Christian Aschauer, provides information on the possibilities and applications of new technologies in this field. Arbitrators, scientists, and other experts from the field of arbitration provide insights into current developments and future trends.
In his contribution, Erik Schäfer, attorney and partner at Cohausz & Florack, deals with arbitration institutions. He points out that new technologies have so far played a relatively minor role in this area.
