Creating and Protecting Innovation

C&F at the Hannover Trade Fair from April 24 to 28, 2017

Düsseldorf, April 12, 2017 – Under the motto “Integrated Industry – Creating Value”, the Hanover Trade Fair is this year again presenting numerous trends and ideas which spur the economy. Cohausz & Florack (C&F) will inform the specialist audience about the protection of these ideas in the form of patents at the shared NRW stand (Hall 16, Stand A10). This is where entertaining presentations will address the issue of how companies should deal with property rights in the age of Industry 4.0. 3D printing, which is regarded by experts as the technology of the future, will be particularly illuminated with respect to its current legal challenges.

“We today have to deal with an abundance of technical innovations that will shape the fourth industrial revolution. The Hannover Trade Fair shows them all at once. We are eager to that. And we are very pleased that we will be able to accompany the trade fair with our expertise and inform companies about the issue of property rights”, says Hendrik Bücker, Patent Attorney and Partner at C&F. The “Walk of Innovation” at the C&F trade fair stand gives visitors the opportunity of reconstructing the process of patent application step by step: from searching the prior art to the successful product.
