Düsseldorf, August 15, 2019 – Cohausz & Florack (C&F) has been nominated for the JUVE Awards 2019 in the category "Law Firm of the Year for IP". This was announced by the JUVE editorial team after extensive research for the JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms 2019/2020. Every year, JUVE honors the positive development of law firms that goes beyond individual areas of law with awards in a total of 15 categories. Furthermore, the legal departments of companies also have the chance to win awards in three further categories.
Five law firms have been nominated in the "Law Firm of the Year for IP" category. The JUVE editorial team distinguishes law firms that have shown a particularly dynamic development in trademark, patent and competition law. The main criteria are the presence in important proceedings, the support of high-caliber clients in contract drafting and portfolio management, as well as personal development. C&F is the only patent and law firm among the five law firms nominated in the category.
