Dr. Viktoria Lindemann
Career
Dr. Viktoria Lindemann completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in food chemistry at the University of Münster. During her studies, she gained practical experience in a company for analytics, testing, and consulting and gained valuable insights into the food production industry. She was then awarded her doctorate at the Department of Chemistry and Pharmacy at the University of Münster. During her Master’s degree and doctoral studies, Viktoria Lindemann focused on issues in analytical chemistry and biochemistry. Her dissertation dealt with the development of instrumental and analytical methods for investigating mycotoxins in indoor spaces. During her doctoral studies, she gained extensive experience of working in interdisciplinary cooperation with companies from the instrumental analytics sector and she collaborated with various working groups in mycotoxin and food research. She published the results of her research in specialist journals and presented them at German and international congresses.
Viktoria Lindemann joined the COHAUSZ & FLORACK Chemistry & Life Sciences team as a patent attorney trainee in January 2023. She is training under Dr. Romina Kühnle.
Viktoria Lindemann speaks German and English and has a basic knowledge of French.
