Ulrike Alice Ulrich

Ulrike Alice Ulrich is an attorney and partner at COHAUSZ & FLORACK. She is an expert in all matters relating to intellectual property rights, in particular trademark law and other trademark rights, competition law and design law. She represents national and international clients before all local, regional and higher regional courts in Germany and advises and accompanies them comprehensively – for example in the enforcement of trademark rights, the defense of property rights, the assessment of the protectability of trademarks, in application proceedings worldwide, in questions of trademark strategy and implementation and in the management of large trademark portfolios.

After studying law at the universities of Göttingen and Heidelberg, Ulrike Alice Ulrich worked as an attorney for the Düsseldorf office of a local law, auditing and tax consultancy firm from 1996 to 1999. She has been a part of the team of COHAUSZ & FLORACK since 1999 and a partner since 2002. From 2000 to 2007, she was a lecturer in trademark law at the law faculty of the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.

In addition, she is one of the chairpersons of the sponsoring association CFKinder, which operates a day care center for the children of COHAUSZ & FLORACK employees.
