Cohausz & Florack takes home two accolades at the Managing IP Awards 2023

Düsseldorf, June 22, 2023 – Cohausz & Florack (C&F) racks up two wins at the 18^th Managing IP Awards for outstanding achievements in the field of intellectual property.

The firm first of all won the prestigious award in the category “European Cross-border Patent Litigation Team of the Year” for its client support in the cross-border enforcement of mobile communications patents. Philipe Walter, Dr. Christoph Walke, Dr. Fabian Vogelbruch, Dr. Soizic Grote, and Dr. Martin Rütten, all patent attorneys at C&F, accepted the award on behalf of the firm at a ceremony in London on June 21: “This award is a wonderful acknowledgement of the strong team spirit in our firm and of the seamless collaboration with our clients and our international colleagues,” says Dr. Fabian Vogelbruch. “We are delighted to win the award.” On top of this, Dr. Christoph Walke was named “Germany Practitioner of the Year.” “For me, too, this award is a tribute to our outstanding performance as a team. The annual Managing IP Awards honor law firms, individuals, and companies from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa who have committed themselves to the cause of strengthening intellectual property and expanding the international IP market.
