Philipe Walter

Philipe Walter 在亚琛工业大学学习电气工程通信技术专业；1999 年获工程学硕士学位。 学习期间，他主要关心的议题是移动通信，毕业论文得到德国主要移动网络运营商之一的支持。 他毕业后成为德国专利律师，在 COHAUSZ＆FLORACK 接受知识产权法培训后，于 2002 年成为欧洲专利局代表，并通过进修获得欧洲知识产权法硕士学位。 他于 2003 年加入 COHAUSZ＆FLORACK 并在 2007 年成为合伙人。

他为德国和国际客户代理各类知识产权案件。 客户群从国际电力公司和汽车供应商到高科技初创企业。 除了全面保护中型德国企业的知识产权组合外，其法律业务还涉及专利侵权、异议和无效程序。 他主要处理智能手机制造商之间各种争议事项以及汽车供应商或机顶盒制造商之间的法律纠纷。 其另一个业务重点是处理与国际许可池有关的蓝光技术和视频编码技术标准的专利法问题。
