레베카 쉬퍼

레베카 쉬퍼는 독일과 해외에서 법학을 공부하였고 지적 재산권 법률과 관련한 뒤셀도르프 대학의 학위 프로그램의 첫 번째 졸업생 중 하나이다. 법률 인턴십 기간 동안 그녀는 COHAUSZ & FLORACK과 영국에 본사를 둔 법률 회사인 IP 그룹에서 일을 했다.

레베카 쉬퍼는 2005년부터 상표 및 디자인 법 뿐만 아니라, 광고 및 경쟁 법률을 전문으로 하는 COHAUSZ & FLORACK와 함께하고 있는 변호사이다. 그녀는 주로 지적 재산권 포트폴리오의 글로벌 경영분야에서 국내 및 국제 모든 기업을 대신한다. 이 일에는 상표 작성, 상표 통관 검색, 상표 및 디자인 전략의 개발에 대한 고객상담과, 브랜드 제품의 출시시 법적 지원과 고객의 이익을 포함한다. 그녀의 활동은 그래서 상표, 디자인 및 광고에 함께 따라올 수 있는 모든 법적인 문제를 통괄한다. 특히 브랜드 제품에 대한 무역의 세계화의 관점에서 그녀는 정기적으로 이러한 INTA 및 MARQUES 와 같은 국제 상표 회의에 참여한다. 그리고 지속적으로 COHAUSZ & FLORACK의 변호사 네트워크에서 국내외 동료들과 현재 저작권과 상표권 문제에 대해 의견과 정보를 교환한다.

레베카 쉬퍼는 독일 변호사로 주로 독일 지역과 고등법원, 연방 특허법원, 유럽연합(EU)의 일반 법원 (EGC), 유럽연합(EU)의 사법 재판소 (CJEU) 뿐만 아니라, 독일 특허청 (DPMA), 유럽연합 (EU) 지적 재산권 특허청(EUIPO)과 세계 지적 재산권기구 (WIPO)에서 고객을 대변한다.
