나탈리 키르흐호퍼 박사는 화학·약학·생명과학 전문가다. 변리사이자 COHAUSZ & FLORACK 파트너인 그녀는 독일 국내외의 화학·제약 회사와 생명공학 스타트업들에 지식재산권에 대한 모든 분야의 자문을 제공한다. 고객들은 그녀의 전략적 조언과 전문성, 분석력, 그리고 탁월한 협상력에서 특히 도움을 받고 있다. 나탈리 키르흐호퍼는 이미 수많은 소송(특히 유효성, 이의 제기, 무효화 소송)을 승리로 이끌었으며 제약업계에서 잘 알려진 여러 기업의 귀중한 지적재산권을 지켜냈다. 그녀는 또한 화학 및 약학 특허법에서 저술 및 강연 활동도 하고 있다.

COHAUSZ & FLORACK에서 지식재산권법 직무 연수를 마친 후 2014년 독일 변리사 및 유럽특허청 변리사 자격을 취득했다. 그 후 뉴욕의 Ropes & Gray LLP에서 IP 소송 부서(IP Litigation Practice Group)에서 6개월간 근무하며 미국 특허법 분야의 실무 경험을 쌓았다. 대형 독일 제약사에서 파견 근무를 한 경력도 있다.

나탈리 키르흐호퍼는 COHAUSZ & FLORACK에서 2014년부터 변리사로 근무했으며, 화학·약학·생명과학 팀을 지원한다. 2018년 파트너로 임명되었다. 독일어, 영어, 프랑스어로 자문을 제공한다.
