Gianluca Lapira
Career
Gianluca Lapira studied mechanical engineering at Ruhr University Bochum. He then deepened his knowledge with a Master’s degree in medical technology and assistance systems from the Technical University of Munich. He gained practical experience at, among other places, Volkswagen in Wolfsburg, the Neurological Clinic and Polyclinic of Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, and Munich-based medical technology manufacturer AdjuCor. Here, he took a deeper dive into the topic of his Master’s thesis: the development and optimization of physiological models for evaluating a cardiac support system. Gianluca Lapira has worked on numerous other research projects, acquiring in-depth interdisciplinary knowledge.
Following an internship at the law firm Bardehle Pagenberg in Munich, Gianluca Lapira started his patent attorney training at COHAUSZ & FLORACK in February 2025.
