New patent attorney at Cohausz & Florack
Dr. Peter Reckenthäler joins the firm's electrical engineering team
Düsseldorf, May 13, 2019 – Since March 2019, Dr. Peter Reckenthäler brings further patent attorney expertise to the interdisciplinary team of Cohausz & Florack (C&F), with a particular focus in the field of electrical engineering.
After studying physics in Bonn and Madrid and obtaining his doctorate at the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics in Garching near Munich, Dr. Reckenthäler completed his training as a patent attorney in a Munich law firm. He has been admitted as a German patent attorney since 2013 and as a representative before the European Patent Office since 2014.
Within the scope of his patent attorney activities, he primarily attends to technical protective rights for national and international companies. Dr. Reckenthäler not only has experience in general physical engineering, but also in communications technology, mobile communications, laser technology, medical technology, materials and general electrical engineering. His activities include the preparation of patent applications as well as the preparation of validity and freedom-to-operate opinions. He also represents the firm's clients in patent granting, opposition and litigation proceedings.
