Double honour: Cohausz & Florack wins two Managing IP Awards 2026
Düsseldorf, 4 May, 2026 – Cohausz & Florack (C&F) has been honoured twice at this year’s Managing IP Awards in London. The Düsseldorf-based firm patent attorney firm received the awards for “Europe Patent Disputes Firm of the Year” and “Germany Patent Disputes Firm of the Year” in the category Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms. In addition, C&F was shortlisted in three further categories: as “UPC Firm of the Year”, in the category “Patent Prosecution”, and with Gottfried Schüll as “Patent Practitioner of the Year”. The ceremony took place on 1 May 2026 as part of a festive gala in London.
With these two awards, Managing IP recognises C&F’s outstanding achievements in complex patent disputes of major economic and technological significance. For many years, the firm has represented internationally active companies in strategically important disputes and coordinated proceedings that often involve multiple jurisdictions across Europe.
