Tamara Moll

As an attorney-at-law at COHAUSZ & FLORACK, Tamara Moll advises companies in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular in the fields of trademark and design law, competition law, copyright law, and employee invention law. She represents her clients before all German district courts, regional courts, and higher regional courts, the Federal Patent Court, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the European Court, and the European Court of Justice. Tamara Moll also supports her clients in matters of trademark strategy, in enforcing and defending IP rights, and in assessing the protectability of trademarks. The companies she advises benefit not only from her legal skills but also from her business management expertise.

Tamara Moll completed her degree in Business Studies at EBC University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf and at the University of Sunderland. She gained further international experience in Dublin and Venezuela, among other places, as part of her degree. She then worked as a business consultant for private clients and as a business development manager in a mixed feed company. Her degree in Business Studies was followed by a degree in Law in Frankfurt am Main and Bonn, specializing in intellectual property law. During her studies, Tamara Moll was active in business start-up consultancy, among other things. She later worked as a research assistant in banking and capital markets law at a law firm in Cologne. She already worked for COHAUSZ & FLORACK during her legal clerkship. Today, her comprehensive expertise as an attorney-at-law is an asset to the firm.
