Effective patent enforcement can be a critical factor in protecting valuable innovations. Especially in Korea, which is known for its innovative strength, an effective patent enforcement system has been established. This can be of particular interest in global patent disputes with effects also in Germany or Europe. The present seminar will provide a comprehensive overview of the possibilities of enforcing patents in Korea and a comparison with the German system, highlighting similarities and differences as well as specific advantages and challenges.

The seminar will cover these and other topics and give you practical insights into patent enforcement in Korea. We are particularly pleased that we were able to win Mr. Duck Soon Chang from the renowned law firm KIM & CHANG from Seoul for this presentation. We are expecting an exciting presentation which, due to Mr. Chang's special expertise, will invite enriching discussions.
